People, the well paid jobs land OAKDALE, PA (AP) - with one qualification measures as key to a growing middle class, President Barack Obama on Wednesday announced $600 million in competitive grants, education of targeted apprenticeship training programs help to promote.
"In the training of our employees, not all today's good jobs a four year university degree require," said Obama. "But I promise you, there is no job out there to pay much, if you will have a special training."

Obama said "jobs know no bounds" in the 21st century global economy where companies can the best trained curl and the most highly skilled workers from anywhere in the world. He said that countries such as Germany, China and India know that and "work every day out to educate our children so that they can out compete for our company."
"America has to make a decision. We can do nothing, the strategy, seem that some people in Washington have, "he said in a clear jab at the Congress. "Or we can do what we've done the best always. We pull together, we fight back and we win."
